What We Service

E-bikes and electric scooters are essentially electronics with wheels — battery packs, BMS boards, motor controllers, throttle and display assemblies, and a frame to hold it all together. We service all of it, on most major brands and a lot of off-brand and direct-import units other shops won't touch.

Battery Diagnosis & Repair

Cell-level diagnosis on packs that won't hold a charge. Bad cells, bad BMS, dead balance leads — we find the actual problem instead of just selling you a new pack.

Custom Battery Pack Builds

Higher capacity, replacement packs for discontinued bikes, or one-off custom packs for builds. Proper spot-welded construction with appropriate BMS — no fire-hazard hack jobs.

Controller & Motor Repair

Controller swaps, throttle and display replacement, hub motor diagnosis, brushless controller troubleshooting.

Upgrades & Mods

Speed unlocks (where legal), torque tuning, controller upgrades, display swaps, and integration of better components into entry-level bikes.

Bike or scooter brand and model, what it's doing, and what you've already tried. Photos of the battery and any error codes help a lot.

Drop It Off

Most diagnostic work needs the actual unit. We'll do a bench diagnosis and give you a real quote, not a guess.

Repair or Walk Away

If repair makes sense, we do it. If you'd be better off with a new bike, we tell you that. No upselling.

Tested Before Pickup

Every repair gets test-ridden or load-tested before you pick it up. You leave with something that actually works.

This Isn't a Job — It's Our Passion

Manufacturers sell e-bikes and scooters with proprietary connectors, locked-down firmware, and an explicit policy of "if it breaks, buy a new one." That's the opposite of what these things should be. They're cheap to fix when somebody knows what they're doing — and we know what we're doing.

Common Questions

My battery's a few years old — can it be saved?

Sometimes. Lithium packs degrade, but often the issue is one or two bad cells or a failing BMS, not the whole pack. Cell-level diagnosis usually tells us within an hour.

Can you make my e-bike faster?

Often, yes — through controller upgrades, settings changes, or motor swaps. We'll talk through what's legal in PA before doing anything that affects road-legal status.

Do you work on hoverboards / one-wheels?

Yes — same skill set. Send photos and we'll quote it.

What if my scooter is a no-name import?

Even better. Those are the bikes nobody else will touch, and they're usually the easiest to actually service once you stop expecting OEM parts.
